How gifts are received, depends on the payment method selected prior to receiving gifts.
To track gifts, please visit the Gifts Received page. There, you can see each gift and its payment method.
For Gift Cards, click to the Gifts page and then click the “Redemption History" tab. You will see your gift card balance with a "Redeem" button to redeem your balance. Below your balance you will see a history of all previously redeemed gift cards. To redeem your gift card, click the Redeem button. You will see a list of available partners to choose from. Choose the gift card brand you wish to redeem and follow the steps to on-screen. You’ll receive a digital gift card to spend online or in-store, depending on the brand’s usage methods.
Bank Account payments are automatically deposited into your bank account. If you haven't received payments, you may need to add your bank account information. Follow the instructions to complete setup in your Payment Settings or contact us.
For couples with linked PayPal (or WePay) accounts, login to PayPal (or WePay) directly to transfer funds to your bank account. If you forgot your login e-mail address, you can find it in your Honeyfund Payment Settings.
If your gifts were pledged via cash or check, you should have received the payments directly from your gift givers (e.g. in the mail to the address you provided in your Honeyfund account, or at the shower, wedding or otherwise in person).
