To issue a refund back to a guest when using the Bank Account option Powered by Stripe, please visit the Gifts page in your account. Once you are at the Gifts page, look for the Bank Activity link at the bottom left of the section.
You will then identify the gift within the list of transactions. You will see a refund link under the gift. Click refund to send the money back to your guest. Note, if the money has already been sent to your bank account, it will be automatically debited to send back to your guest.
