When you receive a gift through Honeyfund, some payments are automatically approved and immediately available, while others may undergo a manual review process. This review helps ensure the privacy and security of your account and prevent potential fraud.
Once the review is complete, an automatic notification e-mail will be sent. If you don’t see this e-mail, you can still view "unopened" gifts on the Gifts List page of your account. To "open" the gift, you can click the link in the e-mail or visit your Gifts List.
To ensure you receive gift notifications, add help@honeyfund.com to your trusted senders list, as e-mails can sometimes end up in junk or spam folders.
