If your credit card transaction is not being accepted, try the following:
- If you are asked for billing information: Make sure your billing address is exactly as it appears on your credit card bill. You must include the entire street address (i.e., include "Road", "Place", "Street", etc.)
- Make sure the security code you are entering is correct. If you have a Visa, MasterCard or Discover, it's the 3 digits on the back. On an American Express it's the 4 digits on the front.
- If all of the above is correct, we suggest that you try a different credit card.
- If you are paying through PayPal: Be sure to use an e-mail address and credit card not associated with any existing PayPal account.
