Trouble with processing a credit card.

If your credit card transaction is not being accepted, try the following:

  1. If you are asked for billing information: Make sure your billing address is exactly as it appears on your credit card bill. You must include the entire street address (i.e., include "Road", "Place", "Street", etc.)
  2. Make sure the security code you are entering is correct. If you have a Visa, MasterCard or Discover, it's the 3 digits on the back. On an American Express it's the 4 digits on the front.
  3. If all of the above is correct, we suggest that you try a different credit card.
  4. If you are paying through PayPal: Be sure to use an e-mail address and credit card not associated with any existing PayPal account.
