Why can't I find PayPal or Venmo in my Honeyfund Wallet?

If you aren't seeing PayPal and Venmo options, there are a few reasons why that could be:
  1. If you have recently submitted a request, it's likely in process which is great news! Our system only allows one request at a time, however. Once your most recent request has been completed, you will see the PayPal & Venmo options again as expected. This is the most common scenario. Click "Redemption History" on your Gifts page to view the status of your request.
  2. In order to redeem with PayPal or Venmo, you must have 2FA enabled on your account. Here's the link to make sure you are opted in to 2FA!
  3. There is a $100 redemption minimum for PayPal and Venmo. If you have less than $100 in your Wallet, the options may be at the bottom of the page.
  4. You must have "Honeyfund Wallet" selected as your payment method rather than "Bank Account"– you can check that setting here!
  5. Double check that your funds are in a Honeyfund Wallet, if you see that your funds are in a "Target Balance" instead, send us an e-mail at support@honeyfund.com.

*Restrictions apply -The Honeyfund Wallet is currently available for US/USD couples only. PayPal & Venmo have redemption limits of $100 minimum and $1,500 maximum with a combined lifetime cap of $10,000.
